Incoming Raw Materail Inspection
We require all our raw material suppliers to submit test reports to ensure that all parts we receive from them meet our quality standards. We also conduct 100% inspection of main parts to prevent defective parts from making it to assembly lines.
Mounting Process Inspection
We carry out stringent quality inspections in all production processes in our worshop. Each machine operator performs continuous inspection while producing the parts, checking dimensions with gaging tools as well as observing the appearance and surface characteristics of the part. A inspector periodically audits samples of the product from each machine, taking samples at designated time intervals
Final InspectionOnly after inspector's approval and "OK"marking, the finish product can be shipped to customer.
